Bought this because I wanted some relief from neck tension. I’ve given it 4 stars because it was a little too large for my neck. The quality is good, though I think it would be more suited to a longer neck than mine.

This neck brace is okay, but I feel that the width of the brace should have had different neck lengths, ie, "2.5 or "3 inches, and should have accommodated sizes in the range of - small, medium, large - etc. I ordered M/l, which did fit around my neck, but it was uncomfortable because it was too long for the height of my neck. It terms of softness, it was ok, but not great, but it was firm. Overall if seller had included different neck length and neck width sizes, it would have been a good product.

I had undiagnosed severe whiplash from an injury about 3 years ago and have had chronic neck problems caused by cervical instability ever since. Most of the time i have general neck and shoulder pain that can manifest as migraines, and sometimes i actually get quite dizzy. This thing is great for dizzy days as it makes it impossible for me to look down and makes me more mindful of my posture so i'm not doing the things that put a strain on my neck. It washes well, and feels nice and isn't sweaty. I have long hair and haven't had any problems with my hair getting pulled by the velcro or anything. I'm also quite a small person and don't have the longest neck in the world but this doesn't come up too high on me. It goes look a little bit gross and bobbly after a while but that's easy enough to tidy up with a debobbler machine. very worth the money.

A comfortable foam neck support and a good fit. Tends to get warm when worn indoors. Has laundry instructions but I doubt whether the material will be durable.

Bought 2 collars both same size. One was too short to go around the neck & the other too high and stiff to be comfortable! As others have said they need more choices of size.On the plus side they seem well made.
