Q: what size do get if you wear a half size?

Hi - Wendy from Tall Ridge here - Thank you for your inquiry! I recommend you order an insole that is one-half size larger than your shoe size. Line up the heels of the factory-supplied insole with your new SOLE Custom Footbeds and use the insole from your shoe as a guide to trace the toe area. Then use scissors to trim the footbeds. PLEASE NOTE: Only trim the toe end and take care not to cut them too short! I hope that is helpful!

Q: What type of thickness should I get for tennis shoes I wear everyday?

I like medium for everyday and thick for my hiking shoes. I prefer without metatarsal support as it didn’t hit my foot in the correct place and caused pain.

Q: Are these good for high arches?
