Good and sturdy quality, stable enough as long as you make sure it’s on an even floor, carpet works best. Easy to adjust to do the various exercises but I mostly use it to strengthen my back so I can have a stronger core. It doesn’t occupy much space compared to the other alternatives out there and this is the smallest one I could find that has the right quality. It works for my small space in the basement. Worth a try!

This little thing has everything I was looking for. Roman chair, incline for abs, preacher curls. I'm 6ft, 235 and it's a perfect fit. Ton of exercises if you have any imagination, and stury enough. Visually appealing, very compact and easy assembly!

Good overall feel, sold metal, sturdier then expected for the price. Cushions seem stable and solid, not sure how they will hold up long term but they feel strudy. Doesn't rock or feel unsteady when I use it for abs, back or bicep curls (I'm 221lbs). Collapses well enough for what I need and is able to store in common expected locations.

It was fairly quick to put this thing together. The only issue with doing so is that the bench itself didn’t line up with the frame connector. The screws underneath the bench had to be loosened to connect it to the frame properly. Almost broke the dang thing before figuring that out that solution. Some problems to note: I can’t do the sit-ups on it as the lady in the photo (which is one of the main reasons I purchased it for). I’m 5’10” and weigh 180 lbs. The whole thing flips over when attempting to do so as it doesn’t distribute weight properly. The bars underneath the bench will also dig into the back of your thighs when doing sit-ups (If it even handles your body weight). It’s also very uncomfortable for lower back extensions. I’d say the only thing this thing is good for is that it’s small and good for bicep curls. But I don’t need another bench for bicep curls. I wanted something for sit-ups and lower back extensions that would fit in my small home gym.

Bought this bench because it’s compact and foldable! Assembly was easy and it definitely is lightweight! The main issue is that the feet aren’t even so it’s wobbles, which makes it very difficult to feel safe on it when using it for anything like sit ups, crunches, or using the preacher curl attachment for exercises. Would love to know if others are experiencing this issue and what they did to correct

This was higher quality than I was expecting for the price. I did have to miter the support bar (with the seat on it) to make it fit to the straight bar. When it was welded they pulled it a bit too tight and they must not perform a test assembly. But all in all it was easy to assemble and sturdy. I saw that one reviewer said that he had to weigh down one side to be able to perform a situp. While we have not experienced that I think that it is fair to mention that my husband and I are not large people (he's the larger of the two of us and still weighs less than 140 lbs); so it could be that it is intended for a smaller person as the model demonstrating it was also small.

2023, I needed a compact, affordable sit-up bench for my home gym. This one fit the bill perfectly. Recently saw a NordBench Pro ad, as I am now interested in Back Extension exercises. I almost bought it ($375), but recalled that this one might handle BE routines. Turns out it does, and at 5'8", 175, I give this Mighty Mouse an A+. In general it's a well made, very versatile, sturdy (but light weight), compact and looks great. The padding is decent and all the exercises I use feel safe, well grounded and comfortable.
