I get ingrown hairs on my arms (I do not shave my arms). Will this work even though they are ingrown hairs and not caused by shaving?

I have never tried it on skin that hasn't been shaved or waxed. But, I think it could work on any ingrown hairs regardless of whether the hair has been removed. It is worth trying and it will probably work if given some time.
