How would you describe the sweetness of this tea?

The sweetness is natural, very pleasant. Never add sugar or any sweetening product at all. It isn't needed. Sometimes I let the tea bag steep for a long time before consuming the tea. If it seems to rich and intense, then I simply add more water to thin it. If you purchase this tea (H&S Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea in sachets) and don't like it, I'll buy it from you.

How does this differ from the box of 50 satchels? Is it different material for the satchels or just for people who store their tea in a tin not a box?

I just made the unfortunate mistake of ordering the box with 50 tea bags, instead of the 30 ct pyramid satchels that you get in the tin. The difference is that the tea in tin has SWEET CLOVES, whereas the tea in box has regular cloves. We have been used to the amazing, naturally sweet cinnamon tea in tin for a few years now, and the plain kind in box was wretched compared to sweet kind in tin! Worth the cost!

Does this tea contain artificial sugars in it. like saccharin or aspartame?

This tea is VERY sweet. There is definitely some kind of sweetener added, but ingredient list shrouds this with 'artificial cinnamon flavor', so beware.
