Q: Is the 4xl and 5xl available? what is the chest suze for both?

Honestly have no idea but I have the 3XL and at 40" waist and 48" chest it is very snug now if that helps

Q: What size would a size 8 women fit?

I'm not sure. I ordered xxxl for my husband and it was true to size. It is a very nice shirt and washes nice as well. Maybe a small.

It's slightly brighter than the photo but a good match for traditional IRFU green
