Fantastic set of step up/down rings for a good price! Really happy now I can shoot outdoors with all my lenses and only need the one ND filter!

Useful addition to any photographers camera bag if you own several lenses of different sizes. Allowing you to have one filter for all your lenses (buy the largest you can) and then use the rings to step down to your appropriate filter thread size, so no more needing the same filter in 3 or 4 different sizes! Well machined with smooth threads. Easily as good as any more expensive product. As always Neewer makes another great, reasonably priced alternative. Highly recommended!

didn't actually workout for me with the sizes but I have kept them as it's a good bit of kit for them money plus well made.

I wanted to use one size of filter on my lenses and this seemed to be a good way to do. So I bought a big filter and fitted the rings as needed, it works perfectly! As a bonus, when I'm not using a filter the rings serve as a small lens hood.

Thread is fine and I found best to rotate them backwards first to make sure they seat well and not cross thread. Of course they will stick once in place if only through thermal expansion not being the same as the lens body they attach to. Do not put on tight but so they just about bite. They should stay in place but be easier to get off after.

These rings allow me to use the same filter size on many different lenses. this means that for the filters which I only use occasionally I need purchase only the size to fit my largest lens. Although the adaptors cover most sizes there is no adaptor for a 46mm lens. This is a big omission as 46mm is a common filter size and so should have been included. The rings work fine and they screw in smoothly. But it would be very useful if each ring had roughness at least on part of its circumference to ease unscrewing as this can be quite difficult with the completely smooth surface. Because of the 46mm omission and the smoothness making difficulty in unscrewing I have given these a three star not a five star rating.

These are very good and cost effective, my only advice is to make sure they accommodate the sign you are looking for: I have a 52mm lens and 58mm lens, the 52mm one was fine but there was no step up/down ring for 58mm, it goes 55-62. Which is wierd since there is a 52-55mm ring, so they could have done another 3mm stepup. Ultimately this was my fault, I should have checked before hand, and thus I pass on this tip to anyone looking to buy these rings... double check they will fit ALL the sizes you want

The product is nice and overall it is convineant to use. The only inconvineance I faced is , the first attached to the lens is not getting unscrewed out along with other stacked rings. At times it is to be removed separately.

Good item, works well, as described, would buy again if needed
