Brilliant!
I'm a 50 year old vegetarian since birth and enjoy an active lifestyle, gym and swimming and these tablets have been fantastic for my skin, energy levels, sleep and muscle definition. Expensive and they want you to take 6 a day?
I was looking for 1 pill a day soloution. Not taking 6 per day for the price taking that many makes it not worth it

really happy I bought - better energy and sleep
after taking these for a couple of days I quickly noticed elevated energy and an improvement in my sleep but it was when my wife and friends commented that I had more energy that I really took notice. The bottle also looks great and is recyclable.Thoroughly recommend.

Replaced my multivitamins
I've taken multivitamins for years but wanted to switch to something more natural. I soon noticed I had more energy and it was consistent throughout the day. Skin also looks clearer. Livers bioavailability made these more appealing than synthetic supplements.

Not sure..
Bought this 3 wks ago.. And I stop taking it for a while. Not sure if taking it gave me headache or something else.,if its not headache, feels like i want to vomit. So when i stop i dont feel any of these. But I am going to give it another go again., if the headache and sickness will comes back, I will updated my review.
