Excellent illustrations but absence of information on his life

The "book" I received is not this book as described and reviewed by other reviewers, even though the ISBN13 number on what I received is the one stated here. I received not a book but a lightweight catalogue with 12 Hokusai reproductions, not a 1.7 pound book.described. Of course I am very disappointed.
