A very well-researched book about vegan diet and exercise. You can find here a clear explanation about what the vegan diet is, why to choose it, what's different between vegan and plant-based diets, the importance of vitamins in your diet, the schedule when to eat while you exercising, and many more... Also on the end of the book you'll find meal and snack ideas. Great written and very well research guide.

Really great source of knowledge
I have been plant based for most of my life but have recently taken up Muay Thai and running. This book empowered me to eat so I could train to my full potential and I’d highly recommend it to anyone either on a plant based diet or looking to try. The recipes at the end were a great addition to the book!

A very informative book about vegan diet and exercise. I found this book well researched and structured.I enjoyed the very clear thorough information on the difference between vegan and plant diets. I thought the writing style was well balanced and thoughtful.The book was an easy and enjoyable read.

Good if you are cautious about what you eat!!!
One of my goals for this new year has been to be mindful of the food I eat and how best to improve on exercising. So coming across this book, I couldn't help but to settle for it and I am glad that I did. I would recommend this book to anyone who is cautious of their health and really want to improve on their over all healthy living.

Gave Me The Confidence To Go Vegan
I love everything about this book. The authors provide a highly readable and very balanced presentation of the information I needed to feel confident in getting back into shape while going vegan at the same time. I also appreciate the incredibly rich source of references to primary research supporting the information. A very well done book!

Just what I needed
Being a vegan for a few years, I wanted to know if I was getting all the nutrients I needed and functioning optimally. This book broke it down for me in detail. I had little prior knowledge of the subject and still I could understand it very well.It is one of the most useful books I have read and would recommend it to everyone interested in veganism or a plant based diet.

Intersting Read
A great book for me as Im looking at increasing fitness and turning around my health through diet - GP recommend I go mostly plant based due to some medical concerns so this lets me see how even peak athletes can get what they need for performance from plant based dietLove that is was written by plant based and non plant based co-authors as other plant based books Ive found too 'preachy' so thanks

Great amount of info
I've never known where to start with being vegan, my cousin has been vegan for over 20 years and has had some health issues on it. That said who doesn't on a meat-based diet all have their issues. I love the breadth and depth of information in this book, it covers aspects I wouldn't have previously considered. The nutrients we need is complicated but this boo helps take you back to re-thinking food. It goes on to explain about different plant-based diets and has recipes. I wish I had had something like this book before I had had children and I could have naturally substituted from the start. Hey-ho. This is a great comprehensive book for anyone considering or already on a plant-based diet.

Chalked full of helpful information!
Don’t wait another minute to read this book! There is so many helpful gems in here! I was curious about a plant-based diet as an athlete but this is for anyone!!! I thought I knew a lot about health and nutrition but there is more to learn within these pages. And the recipes are awesome! It is a comprehensive guide for anyone looking for healthy transformation. The contents of the book includes extensive information for fueling the body for health and making choices that lead to optimal performing, recovery and living. I found the ways to decrease inflammation especially helpful.
