Or do me and my buddy have to get the same brand?** A: Frequently ride with friends who all use sena. This bt module would pair to the master sena after 30 minutes of fiddling, but he would lose connection to all other riders, it would just be the two of us. Eliminate the ilm, everyone has comms back. Go with non bt version and get a separate bt. **Q: With how many helmets can be intercommunicated at the same time being of the same reference ?** A: Not sure why ILM told you 3... The description of the product clearly says 6-8. Based on the responses from ILM, I WOULD NOT buy this helmet. They don't seem to know what they are talking about, or they just don't answer honestly. What does that tell you? **Q: can volume button raise the volume?** A: Yes you can! You have to make sure your phone is set to max volume. The headset does not lower/raise your phones audio only the headset itself. First ride above 50 couldn’t hear a thing. After I figured this out can go well past 100 and can perfectly hear my music.
