The product came fast and was so easy to set up a monkey could do it. It takes a couple of minutes when you first plug it in to acquire the satellite signal but then it works great. The speedo is always within a mile per hour difference if not the same as Google maps. Only thing I wish would be a little different is either have the display a little bit dimmer or have the ability to turn off the backlight at night because with having an astigmatism in my left eye it can sometimes make it hard to see when it's raining at night.

Factory speedometer did not work in my sister's car. DMV approved this to use in place for her drivers license test. Works flawlessly and is pretty accurate. We tested it in two different cars with working speedometers and it was accurate within +/- 1 mph.

It works well and is accurate. Large easy to read numbers. It needs a switch for when it's used at night. It's too bright at night and is very distracting. If it had a dimmer switch it would get 5 stars from me.

I've had it for a few months now and it works great. my regular speedometer works intermediately so this solves my problem until I can take it to someone who can fix it. (91 Dodge 250w)

I bought a 94 Ford Ranger within the last few months. Being an older vehicle it does have some issues. My instrument cluster has some dead gauges and others that don't read complete accurate. My speedometer is one, for instance, when traveling at the speed of 45mph according to the needle it can really be 41 to 43, though a minor difference it was a concern. This little guy helps me more accurately track my speed and hasn't had an issue as of yet. But note a few minor things;1. If inside a parking garage or tunnel you may lose connection, as the unit uses a basic satellite tracking if the communication is interrupted then your travel speed won't show.2. The USB plug is convenient, but plug it into a slot the can be turned off or unplugged. If left on for prolonged periods it can drain the battery.3. The green led screen is bright. I don't find it as an issue, but my wife finds it annoying, especially since the brightness cannot be adjusted.Overall a good and affordable option, the digital read out may also suit some drivers that struggle reading a standard speedometer.

Looked great. Worked a little slow. Took 2 or 3 seconds to catch up to the speed I was actually going. Day 3... stopped turning on and hasn't worked since. After mounting it and hiding the wires ran to it, wasn't going to try and send it back. Wasted to much time already for 3 days of use

I bought this because it has become hard for me to read my older analog speedometer. It mounts easy and is very easy to read. All it takes is a quick glance and I don't have to take my eyes off of the road as I drive. I feel it is a very accurate reading. It does take a few seconds to find a satellite, no big deal. My particular HUD does not shut off as it should even after sitting still in my driveway for almost an hour, again no big deal at this price. I just unplug it when not in use. At this price I have no complaints, only praise. It is a problem solver at a fair price. I run it by using a 5V USB adapter that plugs into my cigarette lighter.
