Came in handy. I used it for about a month and then went on to give birth at home without a midwife or drugs.It must have helped as I was so calm I didn't call the midwife untill the last moment and she missed the birth.Mum and baby were fine and dad now feels extra proud to have delivered his own child.I would recommend as an extra support. You use it before the birth in order to have the peaceful calming messages place inside you ready to kick in when most needed.I would use again.

Didn't work for me. Only good thing is you relax for a while. But didn't help in labour. But the drugs did. 😀

Good quality hypnotherapy cd. Very relaxing and positive. However not long in length and needed more of the relaxing music.

Very relaxing and fell asleep to the last track!
