Dansac Adhesive Remover Spray 50ml

My husband has a JPEG feeding tube which he has to keep a dressing on for various reasons. Twice the district nurses have broken the stitches on the holding plate when removing the dressing resulting in 2 hospital visits, 1 to refit the tube as it came out as a result and 1 to have the plate re-stitched. Add the fact it’s in a delicate area which is painful to pull sticky dressing off of, he needed a solution. This is brilliant. I give a little spray and he lifts the sprayed area of dressing, another little spray and more removal of dressing. It really does make lifting stuck dressings supremely easy with absolutely no pain or tugging.It is a little expensive, but then what price do you put on removal of dressings being pain free and in my husbands case far safer with regard to the stitches on the holding plate. Plus, you only need little sprays at a time to remove the sticky part of the dressing - you don’t need to soak the whole dressing before removal., therefore it should last quite some time.

Product arrived on time and was in good condition.

This product was used for a very large surgical wound dressing on a daily basis. Excellent product. This is my second purchase of this product and will buy again if I need to. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who has difficulty getting dressings to come away from their skin. It is so easy to use and very effective, not to mention good value for money. I wouldn't be without it at this time. Makes removing dressings so much easier and more comfortable.

Used to release stoma pouch.

Bought this as ran out of prescription spray. I don't like the odour given off by spray and for me, it doesn't work as well as prescribed spray. Also I think it's a bit expensive for what it doesn't do!

I get marks from my HRT patches , this removes them easily .

I used this product to remove adhesive remnants on skinHad to spray twice but did remove the adhesive.
