I purchased this controller and remote kit for dimming the lights on a large bookcase. I had a total of 8) 7 foot long COB LED strips. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but wanted to be sure it would handle the load. No problem there.After installation, the remote and controller worked together fine, but after a few days the remote lost its' "paring" with the controller. Unfortunately the instructions were lacking and the QR code for an instruction manual pointed to a very simplistic sheet for the remote only.I emailed the distributor and got a response very quickly. Therein, there was a detail of a previously undocumented "Do-Not-Disturb" mode. After applying the steps to change this, the controller worked again...for a while. Seemed to work, but once the LED's were turned off via the remote, the system failed to work. Another note to the distributor and he indicated he would ship a new one right away. After receipt and installation, I checked the QR code again and there are now much more detailed instructions for setup and additional modes.The system now works just fine.Any distributor can get a bad device and I think its how they deal with issues that make a good or bad product. They were very responsive to the issue and resolved it quickly.

This remote is perfect for what you need if you have a tunable white led strip. Love the features in it!

This controller sounds great. They say you can easily slide the dimming panel to set the brightness or color temperature of the strip light. Dimming works great. I returned the first one because it would dim but not adjust the color temperature. The second one was the same. Disappointing...

Great product and works perfectly with my light strip. No lag.

Edited: After posting the below review, I was contacted by support. It seems that while the instructions say you can change mode by hitting set on the control box, the ambiguous wording actually means you use that to set whether or not the remote can control the color. If the light is green on the controller box, then the remote can control the color, otherwise it can't. That wasn't obvious to me based on the current I steuctions, but it does at least work now, once set up that way. Added a star for functionality and support, but the instructions could use an updateOriginal: I bought two of these, and neither of them could control the color temp of my CCT led strips. I bought the first one with a combo that included their COB LED strips. It's a combo of all the same brand, so I would think it should be compatible, especially given the controller box and remote are sold as a set. The remote controls brightness great, and can turn them on and off, but I've reset and reconnected multiple times with both controller boxes and remotes, and neither change the color temp. If I use the button on the control box directly it changes color temp, so I know I have them wired up correctly. The remote just doesn't seem to work for temp.

UPDATE:After my review I was contacted by PAUTIX directly. They sent me a new unit and turns out I had a faulty one!******I cant stress this enough - This thing EATS through batteries! I have this set up and interact with it about once every few days. I have to replace the batteries about one every 2 weeks. I'm not sure what's going on here, but you would expect this to eat least last 3 months given its RF or even longer given I dont replace my tv remote that often.I would steer clear of this altogether.

Got new cabinets, I wanted to replace my Ikea under-cabinet lighting on the old cabinets with something similar, got this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QMSVTY3and used this power supply and remote instead, works great.

This thing is super cool; works well, strong signal strength. I have the remote controlling 2 of the receivers simultaneously without any issues. I have the remote wall mounted (looks really nice), but also love that you can easily take it off with the magnetic base
