BiOrb LIFE 60L Clear Aquarium Fish Tank with Multi Colour LED Lighting

The tank itself is great, but the pump that comes with it did not work, and after further research, is not designed for a tank of this size. As a starter kit that is supposed to have everything you need to get started, this was disappointing. We ended up having to buy an additional, more powerful, pump.

!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!It is a terrible product, and the customer service from Biorb is worse than anything I have ever experienced before.The filtration system is weak, the design of the tank makes it an absolute pain to interact with. I would happily give the product back, but I can’t. Customer service explained that they don’t care. Spend your money on anything except this rubbish. After 11 deaths I bought an interpet filter which fixed the water immediately and allowed me to save the last four fish, who are now happy and healthy, thanks to functional filtration. Biorb say they care most about the fish, but they don’t give a damn.

4 étoiles sur 5 car j’ai reçu mon aquarium avec une prise étrangère ! Cependant, bon conseil pour que j’achète à moindre coût et belle rapidité du conseiller au téléphone pour me livrer quelques jours plus tard, mon adaptateur (avec un jour d’avance) prévu qui m’avait annoncé d’ailleurs, celui-ci afin que je puisse profiter de ce magnifique aquarium qui est un peu cher mais que je ne regrette pas car il n’a pas son pareil dans mon chez moi !
