So far good. Have not used a lot yet as am just recovering from hand surgery.

This feels so much better than a standard mouse or trackball. It's easily programmed to use the buttons the way I want. When you have hand pain from repetitive stress and you want to continue to work for a living, changing the way you mouse is really important. This is one of four methods i use to change things up and my hand pain has faded away.

I was having strains on the muscle that runs from my writ to my elbow due to the large amount of time I spend on a computer. I had purchased another brand for my office and I wanted to try another brand for my home office. The Handshoe does fit snug to my hand and the upward slanted sides do make for an easy way to move the mouse, without having to pick up and move the mouse. The charge on the mouse does last quite a long time. I do wish that the USB connector was updated to be standard like cell phones (apple excluded). The old connection type forces me to drag the charging cable with me, should I choose to carry the mouse on the go. The movement of the cursor is smooth and I like that there are not a lot of cracks for muck to find its home. The big question is: How does the Handshoe work at relieving the pain in my forearm muscle"?. This is where the rating is not as high as I would like to give it. While there is some relief, the angle of the mouse is still too low for me and doesn't position my arm in a way that relieves the stress as much as I would think it should. Overall, I think all mouse should be made like this but I am looking for much more relief than this mouse can provide. Still a solid product.
