4 stars only because I hope its not placebo lolI am naturally very stressed, Type-A person. I was worried that, with all the stress, my cortisol levels may be up, which is why I am having trouble losing weight and sleeping. So far, I do feel a bit better about the stress in my life, and its not that things have gotten more manageable, but the feeling of constant anxiety and stress feels lesser. My midday/mid-evening headaches have been less frequent. I am still very exhausted after work, but this isn't for energy; this is to feel less stressed, and so far, I think it's doing some sort of a job.No side effects noticed when taking this 1/day.For the price of a 2-month supply, it was worth just trying it, and I will see when I finish the bottle if I can tell by my stress levels (that I am tracking) if they decreased or not by any significant amount.
