I have got a set of these to help a family member and they are great for both the finger/thumb grip strength and the twisting of the wrist. I have ended up with a set of the different resistances (yellow green and red) so that they can be worked through in course. Being flat they can be stored very easily and they just work perfectly - the more you try and twist or grip the greater the resistance, so they do the job a treat (apologies that I will post the same review under all of them!)
