And the dog pictured on it uses the covered futon as his bed. I've been through many, many different versions of covers because that beautiful dog came to us with a serious anxiety disorder and licked or chewed every bit of loose fabric he could find. Now that he feels safe and stopped eating (really) fabric I can have covers that survive a while. And this one fits the bill: it fits a queen futon base, is easy for one person (me) to install, washes and dries really well. It also collects dog hair (much less than every other cover I've had), so I use a snout-equipped hand vac to clear out the front-to-back crease every few days. Since buying the first one, I bought a similar/cheaper cover at a grocery store, and it doesn't compare. I have it and it's a second spare if ever needed, but it's not as well made as these are and spurred me to order my second of this item. They cost more but, like many instances in life, quality wins over cheap.

Bought it because it is waterproof, not just water resistant. Ten minutes after putting it on my new sofa, coffee was spilled on it. Took it off and threw it in the washer. It never went through to the sofa. Looks great!!

Really like these covers. They keep your furniture from getting to dirty. In my case from pets. The only con is the side pieces do not stay. The sides always get flipped over. I am working on my own fix for this issue.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a couch cover. This one matches the color of my couch 100% which was a bonus. It has a little nonslip nibbles on the backside, which keeps it in place on my leather couch. I purchased this for when my brother visits with his two little naughty dogs, that don’t stay off the furniture. Also, a great help when lots of family members are visiting.

I love this cover. New puppy, new couch and yes it is really waterproof even after repeated washing. Make sure to measure the length of the cushions you sit on for the correct size. I bought a thin pool noodle and used it at the back of the seat cushions and under the back cushions. I love this cover enough that I have 2 of them that way my couch is always protected. When I wash the cover I partially dry on low and then hang to dry the rest of the way.
