Great product! (these are non-oscillating)
I meant to buy the oscillating version of these but with 3-4 going at once in a 5x5 tent, they cover the whole space. Would it be better to have the oscillating ones for a more randomized flow and to give the plants small dance breaks? Maybe. But for now, no issues and I'm rather pleased with my purchase.BTW they come with 3 different size pole clips to fit all types of tents. My 5x5 MarsHydro fit the smallest size clip that came with these.

weak fans
These fans are weak and after a few moths 2 went out. I don't recommend these to anyone

2 of 4 quit working very short life span.
Two of the four went out, I thought they’d last a little longer. Poor product.

They work good for a year or so
They seem to last about 8 to 14 months of continuous use before they break, easy to clip on

Don't buy this fan
It's a shame, because these fans are the perfect size for a small tent. However, they have issues, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone had one catch on fire.First off, the fan slides down the poles even if you're using 16mm poles like they suggest. I have a great fix for this though. I put a hose clamp on my pole beneath the fan. Wrapped the screw with electrical tape so it wouldn't cut the Mylar and voila...no more slippage! The next problem was partially my fault. I was using a drying rack and when my exhaust fan kicked on there was enough negative pressure that the fan was pinched between the rack and the tent walls. It must have stripped the oscillating gears, because when I found it later it was still attempting to run but doing nothing besides smoldering. It was incredibly hot. I felt so lucky I didn't have a fire. I considered this failure a result of my mistake so I purchased another.Fan number two lasted less than four weeks. It had the same slippage issue, but I was ready with my clamp. Problem two was that the fan blade actually slipped off the motor shaft! I had the fan set at the 10 degree angle that it says it can handle. I checked with a protractor. I'm OCD. I walk in and hear a terrible scratching noise. The blade had slid off the axle and was skipping around on the fan housing. I rechecked the angle and it was how I had left it. I ended up gluing the fan assembly to the shaft and it worked. I thought it was going to be ok, although I was very frustrated. I wrote Secret Jardin who manufactures the fan and they were not even able to send me a reply. Everything was going well for a few weeks and then one day I noticed my temp rising and while investigating the air felt heavy and stale. The fan was oscillating and spinning, so I assumed it was working and thought I was nuts - maybe the house was just warm. Nope. I'm not sure what happened, but while the fan "appeared" to be operating it was actually blowing NO air. At all. None. I put my hand behind it thinking maybe some freak electrical thing caused it to reverse spin and air was blowing out the back now. Nope. Visually it seemed to be spinning at the same speed as before, but I'd have to conclude it was slower since it was pushing no air.All in all, these fans are junk. They are a great concept. They are poorly made. I really wish they would re-engineer the insides, because they are exactly what I need; I just can't trust them in my home anymore.
