Dr. ASwan is truly authentic in sharing her Journey of Divine Celibacy over the years. The internet is indeed at our fingertips and with each keystroke there are all sorts of negative influences that in turn yield major impacts that most definitely create spiritual warfare. Struggling with who you are and losing touch and focus on whose you are can lead to huge consequences. Therefore, I feel that it is imperative that this book reaches the hands and hearts of our teens and singles (males and females) that are struggling with what right looks like rather than what right truly is along their life’s runway. This book speaks to people who are ready for a higher level of understanding. God is using Dr. Aswan as a real life person to help those who are where she was 10 to 15 years ago. Because of the influence of social media, television, etc. and the subliminal messages they send on sex, many will think the author is definitely against the norm. But the message this book brings will be lifechanging. The book will get into the hands of people who are ready to receive the message it brings or know of someone else it will help. It needs to be read with an open mind. I am sure others will enjoy reading it as much as I did!

A gem to read in this day and age. Dr. Holmes’ approach to virginity and celibacy are insightful, direct, yet gracious. Her transparency and relation of the topic to scripture allows for confident discussion and self-reflection.
