LONGRUN 30cm Acrylic Waterfall Blade with Bluetooth LED Light

Following on from my previous review on this product and the issues with the led’s and unable to return the product I was contacted by the supplier to resolve these issues. Customer service and communication was 100% and they resolved the issues I had to cover my cost for rectifying the led’s replacement myself it was unfortunate in this case I had a faulty product but I was fortunate customer service was spot on. 5 stars given for this reason.

Very please exactly what was advertised.

They said it's a complete water fountain, but no pump was attached. The pump needs to be bought separately. I didn't look at all the pictures, I went on the words complete

Since writing my first review the seller has offered me a full refund. So, happy with the level of service. Would consider ordering again in the future if I needed anything else.

Excellent value quality love the changing colours of this blade.

Couldn't say if it was any good as it was faulty when received.. was sent bk for another but amazon resent me the same faulty one .. so its just put me off getting another one ..

Looks good My fault, I lost the remote control for the LED lights. Amazon advert says it's controlled via 2 methods Remote or an App Every Google search and AI say it's only RF controlled. All usual Apps - Tuya, Smart Home etc will not find it Beginning to believe the advert lies I'll try to contact the seller to see if I can purchase another remote or if they can recommend the App . Until then.... Looks OK but to me not worth money paid That said it's half my fault 😞

I have to attach extra beading for water fall smoothly. With out beading water falls not even and running like tap water. The sound wasn't pleasant.

I originally chose this for a pond project for my she shed but had a set back, so I decided to hook this up and run this in my large jacuzzi tub and it is spectacular. This was easy for my husband to assemble and set up. It's made of a quality acrylic material that really lights up with the gorgeous LED glow. This has a beautiful cascading waterfall effect and the control was easy to cycle through the settings. The design is lightweight and sturdy so moving this to my final location will be easy. This has no leakage anywhere other than the waterfall , which was nice since I had it sitting across my tub so no mess. I'm impressed with the functionality and really can't wait to finally get this in place for my pond! Ideal for swimming pools, patios, Florida room ponds, and garden area. You can really get creative with this waterfall and the price is right!

Es una pasada!! La hemos puesto en la instalación de la bomba de agua (13.500 l./h. 3/4 CV. 230 V. ) de la piscina. Funciona perfectamente 😍😍🤩🤩

QUEDA MUY BIEN ESTETICAMENTE. A MI SE ME HA FUNDIDO LA LUZ LED CON 3-4 MESES DE USO. AHORA TENDRIA QUE METERME EN UNA OBRA DE NUEVO PARA CAMBIARLO. BUENA APP PARA CONTROLARLA CON EL MOVIL. ALGO CARO POR LA CALIDAD.

Le diamètre du tuyau de la fontaine, qui se fixe au tuyau de la pompe, est beaucoup trop petit. On a essayé avec un tuyau réducteur, mais notre pompe est trop puissante! L' eau ne sort pas assez vite et déborde de la pompe. C'est vraiment dommage cela aurait été magnifique! Du coup on ne peut pas l' installer!!!
