No, it is for nipple size 24mm. If you are different, you will need to buy a separate flange

It’s because of the lengthy order processing and delivery times. If you purchase it directly from the company they take 2 working days to process your order then 8 working days to deliver your items. Amazon prime members can get it delivered the following day. Also if you order it directly, once you’ve opened the box you can only return it if it’s faulty, not if you don’t like it etc where as Amazon will take it back and refund you for multiple reasons
