Amy returns to her old family home that has remained empty since an infamous exorcism 50 years earlier, and discovers the evil spirt never left. Amy turns to a local Priest for help to deal with the strange noises and unusual things happening in the house as well as inexplicable markings that she has on her bod. She soon discovers he was one of the two Priests that carried out the exorcism 50 years earlier.Reluctant at first, the Priest agrees to help Amy and carries out another exorcism in the house only to find that the evil spirit that resides in the house has no intention of leaving. Producers note:This film was shot in the actual in house in St. Louis in which the exorcism that inspired the film The Exorcist was carried out in.

Mediocre and a bit cheap
The write up about the movie, which says you see and hear actual paranormal activity which happened during the shooting, is obviously said to make this mediocre movie sound better than it actually is.Firstly there is no way of knowing where this apparent "real" paranormal activity shows, in amongst the obvious fiction, and secondly, trying to use the fact it is shot in the house where they filmed the original movie "The Exorcist", which is by far 1000 times superior to this low budget film, is a bit insulting to the The Exorcist movie and it's directors, actors, writer etc. This was watchable, but watery, had a lazy and confusing ending, and used an actress who seemed to be more anxious at the beginning to show off her body, (shots of her behind, chest etc,) which seemed to cheapen the mood of the movie, and make it appear low budget with the usual "cheerleader" type actress to make it more watchable maybe for the male audience.I would say it passed a couple of hours, and was entertaining, and that's about it. Therefore, I give it 3 stars for "it's okay" as that what it is, just okay, something light to watch if you can't sleep.

Ending was a let down
Overall I enjoyed the film and the story that was been told, however I feel that the movie was cut short by a poor ending. Worth the watch but be prepared for a disappointing ending where lot's is left untold.

It's ok
This is watchable but nothing to write home about. I would have liked to know when it showed the "audible & visible paranormal activists" that they apparently caught while filming.

Very poor.
First of all, I am a horror junkie. I have around 500-600 horror dvds, have seen well over a thousand. I love all types of horror, if the film is well made, even cheap ones......... However, in this case, I actually stopped watching. Out of over a thousand horror films, I have stopped watching about 5/6 (including this one). It was that bad. I don't care that I'm wasting £3.65 on rental by not watching the film, it's not worth my time. Just because you have a camera, doesn't mean you should try and make a movie. I have literally seen much better short horror films on YouTube. First of all, the opening scene dialogue is drowned out by the music. Music, when subtle, can really enhance a film. When it's louder than the dialogue, or just over the top in general, it can ruin a film. About 18 mins in, there is scene that I can guess was meant to be worrying? Cheerful music plays through a scene where the main character thought her boyfriend and brother had been shot. The acting is absolutely atrocious. My cats and dogs are more convincing actors. My cats can con me into feeding them twice in the morning, but these "actors" couldn't keep me engaged for 2 minutes, I really started to loose interest 5 minutes in, mainly due to the acting. It doesn't work if you're very aware of the fact that you're watching a film. There were a couple of jump "scares" that were extremely predictable, and been done a thousand times before. This film has absolutely no atmosphere, no tension, just irritating music in supposedly "scary" moments. It came across as though they were depending on the music. My goddaughters school plays were more tense and atmospheric, back when she was 5-6.I have seen over a thousand horror films, this is in my bottom 5. As I said, I never really stop watching films. Usually I hate the idea of stopping.... Although in this instance, I stopped watching because I do not care what happens to the characters, I don't care about any of it. I just don't care. It's not worth my time, and I regret that I wasted any time on it at all.Rant/review over.

Good to watch but not excellent.
I actually thought this good. Didn't compare it to the big American style movies . Watched with open mind. Didn't see where footage claimed to be included in this film though. I thought the actors were good. A couple of predictive bits. Overall not bad.

Alice liked it a bit because she's into all that exorcism ...
Alice liked it a bit because she's into all that exorcism stuff, but I thought it was a bit predictable and not really very scary at all

Poor acting, camera work, ending..... just a poor film really.
It gets a 2 as we didn't turn it off... although it was a close one to call. the ending was clearly an after thought, when their small budget (clearly supplied by the Kia Motor Company) ran out. Supposed real activity, clearly either fake or a by product of poor filming and poor cameraman etiquette (such as being quiet ... coincidently, he defiantly was more scared than I was during this film as we can tell from the shaking). The acting was poor.
