The media could not be loaded. These beautiful lights came in handy for my daughter’s birthday party. They are solar powered so no electricity is required and they have a few different modes like, blinking etc.

I wanted to really love these, but after living with them for a bit, I only like them.Pros:- The bulbs and the wire feel reasonably sturdy/durable.- They've weathered 80-90 degree heat, 40 degree lows, wind, rain, and falling leaves well but we've only had them up for a matter of weeks so I'll update again after they've been up for a full season and more.- Each bulb gives a good bit of light and it's a nice natural light (not too colored or bright white).- Well spaced on the line and secure.- Easy to change out bulbs when needed- Easy to set up solar panel & charges even in partial sunlight throughout the day.Cons:- We initially misjudged the length we'd need and got these to go around our firepit, but the strand was too short. We ordered a 2nd strand thinking we could connect the two to make it the size we'd need but they will not extend or connect even if you order the exact same thing.- We literally went to past orders and selected "order again," but the 2nd strand we received has fewer bulbs that are slightly farther spread out than the initial strand we received. It's not terribly noticeable, but I'm wary of the inconsistency.- The only way to turn them on and off is a button on the solar panel. I was not thinking when we first installed them along the rail of our deck and we placed the solar panel at the bottom of our deck stairs in our yard where it wouldn't be an eye sore and would still get decent sun. Unfortunately now any time we want to turn them on/off we have to walk out in the dark to find the panel and push the button. We will soon be taking them down to rehang them with the panel up on the deck. I'm not thrilled with the visibility of the panel, but the convenience in turning them on and off will be significant, so it feel worth it. I wish there was a remote.- A few of the flashing modes for the lights feel like they're asking to give someone a seizure. Most of them are fine, but there are 1-2 that kinda feel like they were tacked on just so the ad could list extra modes, not because they're actually beneficial modes.In short, if you have a good place to hang them where the panel gets sun and is easily accessible, and you're sure this is exactly the length you need (the full cord is 50ft but there's only about 36feet of the strand that has lights on it), these seem like a good durable option. Just measure carefully and think through your install plan carefully first.

Simple to hang, perfect low light, would purchase again.

I like the product itself. I wish it came with the hooks to install or the option to buy the hooks. Since these are solar lights, I forgot to check on how long the charge would last. Being fully charged (7 hours in the sun), the lights only lasted about 5-6 hours. If that's enough for you, then I would buy these lights! My wife loves the ambient lighting of our deck!
