It worked well and looks the part.

As someone in the telecom industry who installs much more expensive emergency dialers for a living, this is a really good dialer.I have two issues:1.) I really should not have a keypad as that just makes things confusing for the user as this is an autodialer that automatically dials the programmed emergency number.2.) The programming instructions are VERY complicated and confusing.

Installed phone in emergency phone box and did not work. Did numerous testing on to the line and modem, to find out after return expiration that it the problem was the phone and not the line. Already threw this phone in the trash about another brand.
