Hay dias que no ocupo pesas sino ligas y estas son perfectas para hacer brazos y espaldas al mismo tiempo, se siente como trabaja mi espalda, ademas que en cada aro puedo entrar mi mano y decidir si quiero el ejercicio mas fuerte o menos fuerte. La recomiendo hasta hoy no se me han dañado es muy fuerte este material!!! Me encanta!!!

I have been doing Leslie Sansome's Walk at Home videos and she uses them for some of the routines. I had bought the flat bands, but my hands get sweaty, and then the bands slip. With the 7 ring bands, you can hook your hands in the rings and they don't slip. The material is thicker than it appears on the Internet. So far, I've been very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered this to use wirh my walk at home program. After 2 months it has broken. Deluvery was fast, but the durability is mor good. I only used it twice a week and has already broken.

I love the color and the fact that it is shorter than the one sent with the DVD by Leslie. It seems Leslie never uses the same size that she uses with her group. I do not know why. Finally I don't have all that extra band to deal with when working with this band.

I love the Miracle Miles workout & bought 2 bands; the 1st one, purchased about a year before this one, still works fine, but this one broke after about 7 months. I'm requesting a replacement since the seller offers a 12 month guarantee so I'll return & update my review after they respond. I'm happy to say they promptly mailed a replacement for the broken band, so I would definitely recommend this seller!

Bought this amidst the recent need for out of gym equipment.... The band is very jelly like and stretches quite a bit. As a trainer I wouldn’t suggest it for any leg workouts, there just isn’t enough tension. Would be good for stretching.

I use this band to workout with the Miracle Mile with Leslie from Walk at Home as I could only get it with Prime Video so I couldn't get their exact bands that came with the program I really love it and look forward to using it everyday its fun and so versatile for a full body workout!

Poor quality band broke after few stretches
