Does what it is made for very well AND BEYOND!
Just received this today and has been wearing it for two hours and it feels greet so far.Let me explain, first hit feels "solid" and it is not "in the way" as i am wearing mine now and I can type fine.As my main reason for getting this was to "lock" my thumb as i must rest it for 8 weeks,Doc orders, and this truly is stopping me from using it so just perfect.Else it has three bands to adjust the fitting around your arm and one more to lock down the thumb(Properly ;) as seen in the pic and they to make it really easy to get it to sit perfect.*********** ONE MONTH UPDATE*************************Now after using this 24/7 for almost a month i can truly say this is the BEST writs and thumb support i have ever seen.1: Quality is second to none, yes a few strand of tread is coming off the straps to fasten it BUT thats it to be expected after constant use/abuse.2: I got this to inmobilize my thumb and does it perfectly and the reason it does that is that there is a "half circle" bent hook on the end inside the thumb wraper that makes your thumb to be locked into the "half circle" when using the straps.3: PRICE PRICE PRICE YOU can NOT beat this price4: MADE IN UKAnd so on!!!Might just buy one more so that i can switch them when i wash it. hehe

Just what the doctor couldn't supply on the NHS
Have had severe pain in thumb for about three months, diagnosed as De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Have had and used an NHS supplied wrist splint, alternating it with a couple of thumb splints I bough from the local pharmacy. These, coupled with some injections by my doctor have eased things but the pain comes back. Needed a better splint, one that will immobilise my thumb (and wrist) better - this one certainly does that and, so far, stops any painful movements. It's comfortable, albeit bulky; however, the bulk comes from needing to be a good support.Only compliant is that it does its job so well I struggle to type with any speed...Only better immobilisation would be a full and close cast - not my idea of fun. I'd certainly recommend trying it if you need to rest your thumb tendons.

Wrist brace & thumb splint
I bought this item to see if it would help reduce the pain I get from RSI. It does exactly what it says, immobilises my thumb so I can't use it too much & keeps my wrist still.I would have rated 5 stars but the thumb fastener is either to tight or slack. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend this product.

Excellent piece of kit
Needed this for a wrist ligament injury……i am a dog groomer and I can do most of my work while wearing this. Comfortable and effective. I’d get two through because they need freshening up after a couple of days.Delivered one day early 😊

Fabulous support xx
Absoultly fabulous support, I have mild arithus in Hands but lately getting worse, I wore these for a few hours when pain is at its worst and the relief is oh so wonderful. Well worth the money, then I find I dont have to ware as long because they give me the right support, the nhs ones I was Waring nearly every day with no let up with my pain, but not with these the compleatly mobilize your wrist & thumb you can still do things while Waring them which is great as I could not use others like theses fantastic supports.

Pretty good
Supports the wrist and thumb really well but probably should have realised it was going to pretty much immobilise it. Made it impossible to use my keyboard and mouse at work but it's good for using at home.

Brilliant
Iv had a issue with my hand past few weeks and can't move my thumb, going for tests etc to see what it is and in the mean time my doctor told me to buy one of these, there the best thing ever even compared to painkillers, they didn't work at all but this I don't know how but takes the pain off within 5 minutes of wearing it, I take it off for awhile as its abit bulky but it's a good thing for me but soon as its off the pain comes back instantly, so to me it's doing its job, I got the small size and there is plenty of more room for a medium to be fit aswel, really good product so glad I decided in this one

Great wrist support with no Effort needed to put on.
This is great If suffer from arthritis and its in my wrists shoulders and fingers Ill tell you why this is great . I have elasticated ones that need a lot of effort to put on and a lot of the time Its to painfull to try and stretch them to fit This one is not as its a slight pull and the straps are fitted it has metal bars that can be removed I keep mine in as when I'm walking my dog these prevent my wrist from being jarred when she sees another dog or gets distracted And this is great and the pain isn't as bad Their also good as they support your wrist when lifting a full kettle. This one I can put on in two seconds . I have no hesitation in recommending it. And its with you within a few days well done . Have ordered another for my left. Woo Hoo

Sehr gut!

Tut was es soll
