Very good spice blend. Used it for my kafta and kibbeh.

Spices are well blended but almost too powdered for me.
It is the right selection for my Lebanese recipes but a little higher clove and cinnamon I t the ratio than I am used to. After a few teaspoons I added more cumin black pepper and coriander to balance. The added spices are a fine grind but not as powdered so they separate when sprinkled.
