Great value for money for anybody looking for a nice fitting hat which can keep you lit and safe on early morning (or late night if that’s your thing) walks. The LED is usb rechargeable, simply push it out of the hat and remove the rubber cover. Have even washed the light (accidentally) and it survived.

Loved the fact that this can be worn all through the year thin woven fabric yet warm the light is detachable so the hat can be washed ideal for my evening dog walks

Light is decent, but it's hard and flat against your forehead and uncomfortable to wear for any more than about 10 mins. Works fine for taking to dog out to the bathroom at night.

I bought this for my dads Christmas, picking what I thought was a really nice bright warm pumpkiny orange but not day-glow, because looking through the options I thought it would be a fun colour but not so bright that he would feel like a Belisha beacon.When it arrived it was definitely fun, but it was also neon orange, I didn’t even get it out of the box or switch on the light! You wouldn’t have needed too it was so bright! Before getting it out the box I also knew it was not the colour for my dad, he can be picky and I was looking for something really warm for him, and the knit seemed quite thin and shiny, so knowing what the recipient likes, I chose to return it and buy a different thicker hat for me elsewhere.Genuinely, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this product, and since I didn’t open the sealed bag it was in, as I knew I was going to return it, I can’t say whether the light would be good or not, but it was similar if not identical to the replacement, so I can only assume it would be pretty bright. Also can’t comment on the texture/knit as again, I didn’t take it out the bag, but through it and from the knits gauge, it felt like quite a thin hat, which for some might be great and what they’re looking for.All I can say for sure is if you choose the orange hat, be aware that it is neon, hi-vis orange and that isn’t for everyone, especially when you’re walking around with a light on your forehead!

Great item, excellent price

Pros- Fits well ample room for most head sizes. Yarn used feels nice, and it is two layers Light pops out for washingCons - Arrived either flat or not working- cant tell as the charging port is bigger than a standard USB charger. No charging cable provided.I guess Amazon have had a lot of these returned, as when i sent my request through, it was instantly refunded and I didn't need to return the hat.
