Excellent
More fun for me and my teenage daughter than the original version in my opinion! Like the fact we both know of all the places on the board as we are local to Canterbury. Says she’ll also play it with her friends...

From Catching Lives (the Canterbury-based homeless charity) to Canterbury Cathedral, this Canterbury version of Monopoly is a must-have.Sure, it's shocking that somebody's included Rochester Castle in the artwork, and no doubt the person responsible paid for their mistake -- but I feel that is merely an interesting talking point and doesn't detract from the fact that this should be pride of place on any Kent resident's game shelf!

It arrived promptly and was well packaged but the board was very disappointing as it only featured places which had advertised. Not really representative of Canterbury at all.

All round fun game!
I recieevd this in the post beofre the delivery date. All the bits were in side the box and nothing was missing. Have played this game with my best friend and some of the cards have some funny incidents. It is a fun game and I highly recommned to anyone who lives or has visited the city of Canterbury.

Spoilt by irritating commercialism
Great to have a local perspective on this classic game, but do we need all these commercially sponsored spaces that have absolutely nothing to do with the character of the city? A car sales centre, the building of an accountancy firm? There are plenty more historic or culturally interesting locations to add to the genuine icons already included, which would give this product more enduring quality. As it is, we are reminded that the game producers wanted to squeeze every last penny out of the marketing idea, and to hell with authenticity, in an attempt to get the biggest share of the profits (that's Monopoly, I guess!)
