We’ve had the same knives for a long time and they were in desperate need of sharpening. We also wanted something relatively small and space efficient. This was very easy to use and pretty fast. The difference was immediate. We have serrated and underrated knives.

I love having sharp knives. I have good, expensive, high quality knives, and I use them fairly heavily, so I needed a high quality sharpener. Knowing this brand’s reputation, I decided the rechargeable smallest unit is just right for me and my usage needs. I break down large cuts of meat and vegetables for canning, and of course for cooking fresh. There’s nothing more tiring than the drudgery of a large amount of things to be cut using a full knife. What a treat this little gem is! I have sent my knives out to a professional sharpening shop, but this mighty little powerhouse does a better job! I wish I had done this 20 years ago! I think I giggled when it sharpened all my serrated knives! It is an amazing tool, so no one should hesitate for a minute. Just get one.

Nice unit. Charged easily. Not too noisy; however, it was a little noisier than a major name brand that was much more expensive. Read the instructions and follow them carefully and you will get a nice sharp edge on your knives with no problems. The portability is awesome, too! Not too sure how long the charge might last but it easily went through several knives. Can't comment on how well it does on serrated knives as I had none to try. Did just as well as a much more expensive plug-in knife sharpener, especially for the price they are charging. A great gift, too, for someone who needs to sharpen their knives occasionally, like me. Wife loved it, too.
