Trowel applied mastic.
Excellent product, replacing the felt on my garage roof the mastic worked better than the roof felt adhesive.

Not used it yet. But, I'm sure it'll do the job. Good value, arrived quickly. Only one criticism. Maybe stronger packaging required (or more careful courier). Pretty heavy, the bottom of the tin is bulging out from a drop. Fortunately, it's not split, so it doesn't really matter, but could have been messy.

Does what it says on the tin
Needed to seal the concrete fillet in my garage as I was getting water leaking in .Replaced the fillet with fresh concrete but water was still when heavy rainfall expected permeates through. Trowelled on Black Jack covering the fillet round the edge of the garage lapping above on to the EAL by around 10mm and onto the floor by around same . It rained not long after application but not heavily so the surface had not cured to a skin. We have subsequently had some very heavy driving rain onto the side of the garage . Result a very water tight and dry garage . It has done a first class water tight job for me . Afterwards just clean up tool with white spirit I would recommend the product on the basis that it did the job I wanted it to do .
