Good brand of vegan vitamin
Decided to look for a vegan brand at this mg as had to have 6 injections recently due to gastric sleeve surgery 2 years ago plus noticed was feeling low in mood and feeling fatigue side effects of no b12 in system. Im taking this supplement daily and feel it is helping me feel ok . Thankful its animal free as hate idea an animal has to suffer so i can live, so thankful for this vegan brand.

Purchased for hair growth.
Purchased for hair growth. Let's see if it works. I want my hair to grow thicker so I'm hoping this product will work. I did have a blood test last month which came back normal as I had 3 months off iron tablets. However , hair did not improve. Will give an update in 9 months.Purchased because I read the women health magazine which recommended Holland and Barrett b12 but I'd rather buy off amazon all same.Update since Feb 2018.Its November 2018, I stopped using these around June 2018 period. Noticed less hair falling while taking these tablets. Growth wise I dont believe my hair has grown solely due to this product as my hair grows anyways with coconut oil twice a week. No thickness unfortunately.I will be repurchasing these again as I feel I need some vitamins in me.

Legit and effective. Recently became a vegetarian and didn't know about b12 vitamin until I started feeling very tiredTook 2000mg daily for a month and felt way better after only 2 weeks

Too Much B12!
These are brilliantly priced, but contain around 40,000% of your recommended daily amount of B12. I would only use these if you're deficient, but if you're just trying to maintain healthy B12 levels, this is far too much. I started getting tingling in my hands and feet and it was only because my B12 levels were too high (I had a blood test thanks to my GP!). If these had a reasonable amount of B12 I would definitely purchase again, but as it is I can't use these.Only use these if you're actually deficient, and if that's the case, don't use these for too long.
