Changing the batteries on mines as they ran out during the summer and already two eTRV are not turning on any tips and tricks?.

Is it compatable with pipes both 10mm and 15mm? We have different radiators at home.

I have both 10mm and 15mm and it works fine. Just have to get the right adaptor indtalled if the head doesn't fit initially.

how do i contact seller? These things do not work Bosch customer support is horrendous and no help at all and had a consumer law want my money back

If you bought it from Amazon use your 14 day return window. They have always been great

Is it compatible with different thernostats? If so what are these thernostats ?

It has to be a thermostat which screws to the radiator... if you can unscrew the thermostat on the radiator you want to fit it to (it won’t leak water) then it will fit
