UPDATE: Whatever they did to improve the taste worked WONDERS!! I gave it 5 stars at the beginning because it really helped my PMS symptoms (automatic 5 stars 🤩). The taste wasn't super great, but I continued to take them because they worked so well! I recently ordered their new flavor and I would give it 6 stars if I could. I was skeptical at first, but the taste is 10x better, and I haven't skipped a beat in PMS relief. Keep up the great work, Aura Essentials... and THANK YOU!My PMS symptoms have gotten so much better since taking aura for a few months now. For me, it was cramps that always got in my way, now they are nowhere near as bad as they were before. Definitely glad I tried these.

I love taking these, my stomach is always a problem and these gummies have gotten rid of my bloating. They are also tasty, they are a nice addition to my supplements I take in the morning and I have notice a big difference in my days.

I was looking forward to trying these because of the positive reviews, but the taste was offensively bad -- like expired cough medicine in gummy form -- and the aftertaste was somehow even worse. I don't know if I got a bad batch (the texture and packaging all seemed fine), or what, but I truly couldn't get past the taste in order to give the product a shot. Disappointing, particularly given the cost and that I wasn't able to use it or return it.

The flavor of these gummies are so good which is a bonus because we all know sometimes gummies can have a bad taste. I will also say this is now a favorite product when that time of the month is on its way and here. When I start to notice the bloating and cravings, I know the cycle is on its way so I start taking 2 gummies everyday. Bye the time my period comes I noticed the cramps and the bleeding are so minimal compared to my normal cycle. This product is a game changer, I will definitely keep purchasing it.

I wanted to like these, the flavor is just awful though and leaves a horrible aftertaste. My hubby even tried one to make sure it wasn’t just my tastebuds. Going back to Flo brand.

This has seriously been a game-changer for my period. I have endometriosis and my periods are always ROUGH. I have only been taking these gummies for 2 weeks and I did not even know my period was coming. cramps were pretty much gone, and I was not tired or in a bad mood. I can't believe I have lived all my life without this... I ordered 10 more to give to my friends because everyone NEEDS these. Cannot stress enough :)

Ordered these since my PMS has gotten a lot worse the past few years, may more fatigue, moodiness, and the bloating/muscle tension is INSANE. I'm hoping these can make a dent in the issue along with frequent excercise and diet.The flavor I would say is not good. There's a slight sweetness but it doesn't do enough to mask the kind of unpleasant minty herbal taste which. It's tolerable though with no bad aftertaste. I also found bits of seeds inside the gummy which I'm unsure if I should eat. Will check back after a month to see the difference! Currently just as the end of my Luteal phase.

I’m not a fan of the taste, it’s bitter to me. However, if it helps with my cycles , i might consider to continue the product.
