I bought this water fountain to encourage my dog and cat to drink more water, and this looked like it would be easy to clean. I’m so impressed by the quality of this thing. It’s super easy to put together, easy to clean, easy to change filters, and my pets are drinking so much more water. I love the LED lit window that allows you to see the water level, so you know when to fill it and can easily keep track of your pets water intake. The overall footprint of this thing is fairly small, which worked perfectly for me as I bought it for my RV, but it easily provides enough water for even my 70 lb dog. Oh, and the fountain is silent. Completely silent. You cannot hear it running even when you’re sitting right next to it. If you are looking for an affordable pet fountain that has a simple build and is easy to clean, I would highly recommend this one.

I’ve gone through plenty of water fountains for all 4 of my cats, as you can imagine. Between all of them, they drink plenty of water. All the water fountains I had before were not very efficient and didn’t hold a large enough capacity of water, plus I only ever bought plastic fountains and they would grow bacteria easily. This fountain was my first time trying a stainless steel type and I instantly fell in love with it. It’s not super bulky, and I have not had any issues with bacteria or mold. It runs nice and quiet and has a light to be able to see the water level at night, and for the kitties to see. I like that it has the window in the front to see the water level, so I know when to clean and refill it. I don’t recommend letting the water level get too low - I recommend cleaning and refilling when it gets to about half or a little below. Usually by that time the filters have picked up plenty of nasty stuff. My cats were a little scared of it at first, but the faucet-looking fountain attracted them to it quick and easily. If your kitties love drinking from faucets, I recommend this! Hopefully this product holds up for a while and continues to amaze me. It comes with one set of filters (carbon and mesh) so I recommend buying the extras since they have to be replaced often.

While any cat water fountain uses a water pump to produce the flow for the cats to drink running water, and any of them would likely produce similar results to this product, I want to note a few things that I appreciate about this one, especially as someone who has had 2 other cat water fountains prior to this. This is a cat fountain with added small but useful functions that cat owners will appreciate just as much as their cats.First off, the build quality is great, as the material is durable and also easy to clean. My issue in the past is that plastic water fountains get dirtier much quicker, and on top of that, are usually much harder to clean. This was the case with my first fountain. My second one was a metal fountain, where it was a circular dish with the water coming out from a metal tower in the middle that housed the components. While this was better for them, the cleaning process was a hassle. As long as you keep the instructions, deconstructing, cleaning, and re-assembling the fountain is super easy.The water-level-viewing hole in the middle is VERY handy, as it is so easy to tell when it needs to be filled. I honestly thought it was just a gimmick that was supposed to be for the cats to look at or something (and I bought it anyways, the dummy I am), but it is handy. It does store enough water for most people to fill before it even gets to that point, so that is another point in its favor.The last thing I want to note is that this thing is QUIET. When properly filled, it will not make a peep. I thank the shallow pool where the spout deposits water, as it hits the middle and disperses almost perfectly. It only makes a bit of noise when the pump begins to mix in the air as water levels are low, but it is not a problem as even then it's still quieter than the noise levels my other water fountains made when operating as intended.

Fountain works great and is SUPER quiet. Very easy to put together and take apart to clean. However I would not buy if your cat is the type to mess with/dissemble fountains. It’s very easy for him to lift the top “plate” off the fountain, getting water everywhere

The fountain itself is awesome extremely quiet nice flow rate we really had no issues at all until I tossed thing in the dishwasher took it out went to put it back together again and these parts warped and now it’s completely uselessI can’t find any customer service info or replacement parts available for order, so just beware the lid and these parts are not dishwasher safe

We’ve had so many issues over the years getting our cat to consistently drink water. After reading the reviews we took a chance and couldn’t be happier.Easy to use, clean and maintain. Our little fluff ball is hooked and loves drinking directly from the spout. Highly recommended.

The cats love the new water fountain. This is one water fountain that one of my cats cannot take apart, for this reason I love it. Works great, easy to assemble, very silent, no issues whatsoever. I am very satisfied with this water fountain.
