This is a quality product, unfortunately it would not accommodate the Avid AERM104 compact router that I received recently. It has all the features and more that the Avid OEM router base sorely lacks, it is a clear base for better visibility when cutting and it accommodates the 1 3/16 brass router template guides. It’s only failing (my fault) is that it was difficult to determine if it would fit, it seems most similar products advertised here suffer the same issue. It would be helpful, at least to someone like me, to include center to center hole dimensions at least for the listed routers that it accommodates so those of us with odd routers would have a greater chance of matching up the two before wasting each other’s shipping time and money, just a suggestion. The best I can say about it is I wished it fit!

I was able to attach it to my Bosch 1617EVS Router, HOWEVER not using the screw holes on the instruction sheet. It works.

Looks well made and fit up perfectly to my Bosch router although I did have to use the stock m4 screws. I used my centering guide and it fell into aliment with zero issues. It’s flat and smooth and worked as expected.It allows me to use PC style guide bushings which fit into the recess snugly when I checked.

Properly machined to allow the use of Porter Cable style templates on my Craftsman plunge router. I had been using a homemade base, but the tolerances in the holes made the homemade base much more difficult to align to the router shaft then this O'SKOOL base which comes with an alignment tool.

It wasnt a direct fit even though it said it was. I had to drill one of my own holes in it. But it did work once i added the 4th hole since my old one was broken i had no choice but to either pay the absurd price for the OEM one or purchase this one take the gamble. The gamble payed off.

I bought this to replace the baseplate on the fixed base on my Bosch router. The original is opaque black plastic, which makes it very difficult to use the router with a template guide.This clear base is a big improvement. It was easy to install. It is set up to use common Porter Cable style template guides — not the Bosch guides.The plate is thicker than the original, and it is about 1/2” larger in diameter. This is router-specific, of course,since this will fit many routers.The only “problem” is that with this baseplate installed, the router won’t fit into the case that came with the router. Despite that, this is a big improvement over the OEM baseplate.

Product works great on my cordless makita router, I am very happy with it and it gives a much more stable footprint while using router. Only reason for the 4 starts is because I had to modify a couple holes to make it fit properly. It was no biggie and I still definitely would recommend!

This base plate is far superior to the one Ryobi attached at the factory. Ordered Tuesday night. It arrived Wednesday afternoon. It took less than five minutes to replace the original on the router. This is the style base plate that Ryobi should be attaching at the factory. It is well worth the purchase.

Predrill holes are also good with the Maximum Canadian Tire btand router. Not sur about the Master Craft router base.
