Q: does this block uva/uvb rays?

I am not 100% certain but I would day no as it is clear and undetectable once put on your glass. I would expect there would be some sort of tint or mirrored appearance if it blocked out any UVA/B rays. I think it is best to message the company for 100% accuracy though.

It can stick to acrylic glass pane, The main function of the safety film is shatterproof, and its anti-UV ability is not strong

I'm not sure if it will work on a mirror or not. It is very thin, so it might.

Maybe it can. I never thought of that. It sounds like a good idea.
