Good but pricey
A life saver after gastric surgery and when run down. I love the taste. Much cheaper in local chemist but not well enough to go get it. Should be more like £3.

Great product, I use it a lot
Great product, I use it a lot, when I am unable to eat a meal, it has all the nutrients you need to replace a small meal. I use hot water and whisk it up to make a lovely hot chocolate..beware it is high in sugar so don't have too many, but it's a delicious meal replacement for someone who is unwell or unable to eat.

Easy to prepare & does it's job
I'm recovering from mild illness and weight loss, so wanted something to help build me up. My appetite isn't back to normal yet so I've been having a shake twice a day on top of small meals. They are very easy to prepare - just mix with 200ml of milk or water. I use milk and a fork which mixes easily & well. It's consistency is thicker than milk but not as thick as milkshake. I suppose you could make it thicker with more whisking. It does taste like chocolate and it's fairly pleasant. Don't expect choc thick shake flavour though! It doesn't taste bad but it's not what I'd describe as tasty. The only way I could describe it to my husband was "ok, kinda like cheap chocolate milk but without the sweetness". I find it easy to drink and had no problems with digestion afterwards. It does the job

AS im currently on fluid diet due to a bowel condition these are nice in flavour and easy to make and do not go lumpy

Can't go wrong
I used these postpartum for when I needed calories and vitamins but no time to cook. Used as a lunch supplement with regular diet. These were also a godsend when I had chronic tonsillitis as a young adult. Perfect for keeping strength up when you can only handle liquids

Not a great taste
The drink was okay, but I did not like the chocoate flavour it wasn't very strong at all. I would suggest trying a different flavour.

Value
I have to consume vitamin supplements due to underlying heath issues. Complan have been around for years and although they don't appear to have the medical endorsements of similar products four times the price I really can't see any difference.
