These weighted sleeves are easy to put in and off- using them for a child who needs to increase upper body strength so he can propel his wheelchair with more independence- child reports they are comfortable and often forgets to have them taken off- very happy with purchase

I have osteopenia in my spine and purchased 2 arm weights to help with upper extremity strengthening that facilitates my posture. The weights slip on and fit like a glove, comfortable material. Each weight is 1 lb, just the right amount of weight that I get a good workout with fatiguing. I have arthritis in my hands, and holding onto weights is very uncomfortable, but these weights allow me to exercise with hands free. I use them every day as part of a regular exercise regimen. Great product!!

This weighted sleeve was comfortable to wear according to the person I gave it to; it was the wrong size for me. They reported that the weight was evenly distributed but the sleeve did shift a little depending on what movements were made by the wearer.

I love it! I have trouble shaking due to my epilepsy, so when I was a a difficult time , my neurologist suggested this. It works well. Going out to eat I don't feel like people are staring at me. Thinking about buying another one!

had to send it back twice. Wrong box first time, wrong size second time. May reorder later, once refunded.
