Ultrasun SPF 50+ Extreme Formula Once A Day 100ml

This is a fantastic product! I was hesitant to buy because it is expensive, but I needed a one-a-day product for my Reception aged child during the summer term. I'm really pleased I purchased it, it is an excellent stronger sun cream and I've just bought my second pot. We've used it at the coast, on other family days out, I've used it on my younger 3 year old and myself and its UV protection does last for ages. You can see when you put it on that it creates a sheen on the skin which is quite resistant to water. I've used it on myself and can confirm that it still allows some gentle tanning but no burning or redness. It gave me great peace of mind when my son was off to school on very hot days and on school trips, as once they're in Reception teachers and TAs don't apply sun cream for them (at my son's school anyway) and my little boy was too young to apply it himself. Another big benefit is the lack of mess! Reapplying sun cream at the coast, or when a child is playing in sand and water, is a messy and sometimes uncomfortable business for everyone involved! This sun cream really removes that problem. Really recommend.

I am very fair, but I hadn't had any major issues with the sun other than protecting it as any person with fair skin needs to. Then, when I was 17 I went abroad and it was extremely hot. I suddenly came up in big, red horrendous blotches. They looked so bad, were so so so painful, itchy and sore. My feet swelled, it was just horrible. I couldn't even go out in the end.I did some research and was so confused because what I had experienced wasn't heat rash. I tried anti-histamines, I went to the GP, everything. Nothing changed it. It got to the point that a sunny day here in the UK started to have the same effect - red blotches wherever the sun hit my skin.So, I did A LOT of research because I couldn't hide from the sun anymore. I found Ultrasun. It is amazing. I recently went to Marrakesh and it was very very hot, I went out in the midday sun and I was totally protected. It is the most fantastic product and has actually had a positive impact on my day-to-day life (when we do actually get a summer!)Would highly recommend!

I bought this because it was sold online as Once a Day sunscreen, but looking at the instructions and information on the back of the container it came in, it says nothing about being once a day and says to re-apply regularly.

I used to be a suncare consultant so I've tried and tested A LOT of suncream over the years and am well aware of the damage the sun can do. I put this on first thing before I get dressed waiting 10 minutes or so before dressing, it glides into skin, better than some moisturisers even. It leaves a subtle sheen not a sticky shine like other suncreams, especially the once a day ones, its not sticky, I don't even notice I'm wearing it. I used this on my face but found I was a bit too shine so I use the ultrasun once a day 50+ for face. So far I haven't noticed any marks on my clothes, even white material. I cannot sing the praises of this enough and I can use it on the kids too and they like it because it goes on quickly and easily and is not sticky, it doesn't smell either. Definitely worth the extra cost when compared to high street once a day creams. I was out for an hour at lunchtime yesterday in the sun after applying it at 8am and am whiter than white still!

Well, what a great product! I had been told by friends that once-a-day sun lotions were smelly and harsh on the skin so was very pleased to find that Ultrasun is neither of those things! The most easily absorbed sun cream I have ever used. Nice and quick to apply which is a bonus since it is primarily for my 2 year old! Its hard to believe that I only need to apply it to his skin in the morning and can rest assured that he is protected all day! Wonderful! And it works! He's been out in the sun lots and there's not a patch of pink on him. I've recommended it to all my friends and am planning buying a lower spf for myself as I burn easily. The price works out cheaper than most sun creams you'd buy on the high street as you only use it once a day so it lasts a long long time!

This stuff did a good job, but ran out very quickly was only applying it once a day also problematic pump? to buy 2 bottles would be far too expensive, not good value for money

The product arrived although packaging is slightly different to what's advertised. Had seen on QVC but no luck in managing to get hold of some, so was pleased when I found on amazon. Use on my 2.5 year old daughter as other brands of once creams have brought her out in a rash. Nice cream to apply, easily spreads, no fragrance which is ideal for kids and once dry you cannot tell she is wearing it. Plus she has a nice colour to her skin even though she has been wearing this. Have recommended to friends and family - although is a little pricey compared to other makes. I personally prefer but can understand some wouldn't pay this price for it.

Je recommande aux peaux mixtes cette crème solaire car non grasse. Elle ne blanchit pas du tout le visage ce qui n'est pas fréquent en protection 50 dans cette gamme de prix.
