Breathe Right ExtraStrength Nasal Strips, 72 Strips

I've tried all of the choices from this brand and from others to come to the conclusion that this is the best one. The materials are a fabric. Making it stick longer because it can breath. The glue is holding all night and the spring are good.Cons: The glue is strong and will need to be removed with water if you have sensitive skin.They are a bit more costly than the cheaper brands.No choice of color. (If you go with the clear one they are made of plastic and do not hold because it do not breathe.)Overall: It do help to breathe during sleep. (I have a deviated septum for reference.)It costs a bit but for a better sleep it something im willing to pay.

These are very helpful to open your nostrils to breath better. They are comfortable enough to forget that you are wearing them. The only drawbacks are that sometimes it doesn't stick fully, although even then it's enough to do the job. The other drawback is that when you take it off, sometimes the glue still sticks to your nose so you'll need to scrub it a little with warm water to get the glue off. Also to note. You should wash your nose well before placing them on. Otherwise, they don't stick well. In conclusion: I highly recommend this product.

I tried the off brand ones and they never worked as they would not stay on. I decided to give these a try and wat a difference. They hold for the night and I sleep a lot better. I will buy them again.
