Decent lock for a decent price
This lock is easy to change the combination, the moment you put the numbers in sequence it releases, no tugging necessary. It seems a little cheaply made but it does the job for the pool gate

GREAT SUPPORT!
We love the look and feel of this little locks. We did have a problem with one after about 6 months it got stuck in the open position, but the product package says they have a one year warranty, so I contacted them. Sara, in their tech support, was wonderful - kind, courteous, and responsive in a timely manner. When their solutions couldn't fix the lock, they quickly shipped out another that arrived in ONLY 1 DAY! GREAT SUPPORT!!!

it's easy to set and you can reset it as much as needed. works well and smoothly. only thing is i wouldn't use it to protect anything super valuable bc it's someone rlly wanted to it seems easy to shim open.

No manual or instructions delivered
Bought a padlock for my daughter’s school, and delivered without instructions to set the code. No ways to adjust and set coding. Very disappointed!!! Me

The quality of the product is not good. The initial setup was easy, but after two weeks it stopped working. The money was wasted, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I suggest going for another brand instead.
