True to size following the size guide. Fantastically made and super comfortable to use. Very durable so far and appreciate that they are marked Left and Right. Would highly recommend.

By far the best hand grips I've used. Really high quality, and also comes in beautiful packaging. I'm really impressed so far, they are extremely comfortable. They will help in multiple different aspects, from bench presses to weighted dips because of the wrist support. They're thin enough to provide a high quality feel but strong enough to provide support. If you want to take your workouts to the next level I highly recommend this brand and all their products.

Not comfortable and awkward

So I’ve been using these to learn how to do pull up and swings but there is no grip in them at all. I’ve wash and I’ve bended them and nothing is helped

Made from stiff flat material which provide no give or grip. Bought this as a replacement but unfortunately not going to be using them. Pay more for a better quality grip.

Good product. Stiffer than I expected, not as grippy on smoother handled equipment I.e wooden rings
