I've been developing streaming audio interactions with AI models and had trouble with acoustic echo cancellation software. I purchased this speaker phone for its hardware AEC, and it worked flawlessly. It is now easy to demonstrate interrupting the output without prematurely terminating the conversation when the software hears the output. Update: I'd created an issue (my fault) and contacted support. The support was terrific, responded quickly, understood what I'd done, and went beyond expectations to resolve it and get me running again. This product is rock solid. I thought I could replace the cable with a longer one, but it has a unique L connection. I should have just used a USB extension cable. I highly recommend both the product and the company. I'll look to see what else they make for future purchases. It is rare to find this combination of excellence.

This is a good speaker/microphone combo unit. Stows nicely in my laptop bag with a fairly low profile and size. I love the cord storage that wraps around the base. There is enough cord to extend 24 inches past your laptop to pick up your voice clearly but not your typing. It has a fabric covering and the buttons for volume and mute are clear and easily manipulated. The price was reasonable but not so cheap that it sacrifices quality.

Worked great for about a month. Microphone stopped working just after return date passed. Well, this was a big waste of money. Also, a magnet "INSIDE" the cover fell off.

Overall, this speakerphone works pretty well for basic home office needs and is a great way to avoid wearing a headset all day. However, a few functional quirks keep it from being a 5-star product. The biggest drawback is the mute button consistency. When it works, it’s great and controls the mute function directly in Microsoft Teams. However, most of the time it only mutes the device itself and doesn't sync with the software. Additionally, while the speaker is clear for me, people on the other end have complained that my voice sounds distant or muffled, so the microphone pickup isn't as sharp as I’d hoped.

Best gadget I've ordered in a while. I work from home and am always looking to improve my home-office technology. I work on the phone and replaced a wired headset with bluetooth. After trying both a headset and earbuds I am not happy with the quality of either. I decided to try this speakerphone as it is usb connected. I have been using it for a few hours and everyone tells me I sound great and now I'm not connected with a wire or have anything in my ears. The only issue is that there is an indicator light that stays on when my laptop is turned off, but I think I can remedy this in my control settings. Very Pleased, would recommend to a friend or co-worker!

I am using this small device more and more often when I need to understand what is being said, either in a podcast or a Zoom meeting. Everything about it is well-designed, from the mic and speaker's voice clarity to the clever cord storage. It even has a nice case and USB adapter, so it easily accommodates USC C or USB A-type sockets.

The device has a smaller footprint than my cellphone. The sound quality is amazing for such a small device. Install was as "plug-and-play" as it gets. Very thoughtful design that includes the USB adapter.

Really good. I was speaking and a toy was singing in the background and it did not pick up the sound of the toy It is pricey but until now it was worth the monty

This is a fantastic solution with both, great speaker quality and great mic quality. All in a very well built, nice looking module. At last, I've found a reasonably cost effective solution to my home working set up. My set up is a laptop connected to a docking station with larger screen attached. My laptop remains stored and closed whilst I work which means using the laptop speaker and mic are not possible. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. Essentially no set up required - plug in to USB port and go. I use it for an AI scribe function in work - no corrections necessary. Can listen to my phone calls on loudspeaker perfectly also
