Ok to explain the one star review, when I first received this product I thought it was brilliant and the idea is. The whole reason I brought it was so I don't have to keep inserting the lighting connector to charge the phone which we all know wears out rather too quickly (thanks Apple).The issue I have is that after only 2 months use the thing has broken on me, it has literally fallen apart! The connectors holding the lighting connect has disintegrated, on the plus side as an actual phone case it's a very snug fit on the iphone 6 have no idea if it would protect the phone if dropped but the case seems very well made just a pity the electronics aren't to the same standard.Tried contacting the seller and no reply at all, very disappointed.This product should be covered under a standard 12 month electronics guarantee, I will update it the seller every decides to reply / sort out the issue of selling a faulty product.

Excellent for charging my iPhone in my Toyota Prius car

One month after purchase, one of two of these items was faulty.

I have been through two of these cases for wireless charging in my bmw they work for 2 mths each and never carried on charging again i haveno idea why ???????

Works well enough but expensive for what it is.

Fell apart after 3 weeks cheap rubbish

I've been using this case about a month now.Things I like:1. It's very easy to charge with/without cable. You don't need to remove the case if you want to use the cable to charge it.2. The texture and shape make it very easy to hold with hand.3. I never forget to charge anymore. I spontaneously place my iphone on the charging station every time.Things can be improve:1. The case is still a little bit thicker than normal cases.2. If it has to be thicker, it will be great to come with other functions. Such as extra power or a card holder.Overall, it does the job and fit my need. Highly recommend if you keep forgetting charging your phone.

The Bezalel Latitude Works Great In My GMC !!!I was searching for a Qi & PMA case for my IPhone 6 to use in my 2016 GMC Denali Sierra. The dealership offered me an aftermarket case at the time I purchased the truck but I was unimpressed with it. Their case he showed me was a white, hard glossy, plastic case (it may have also come in black) which I was totally not interested in since I was use to having an Otterbox Defender with a clip. Truthfully, I didn't examine their case very closely at all since I knew right away that I just couldn't pay money for such a case even though it would work wirelessly in my truck. My next search led me to my local Verizon super store which I was confident they would have a more "suitable" case for me. Boing! Was I wrong. As most of you probably already know, there isn't an Apple IPhone QI & PMA case or any that is approved to be sold by Verizon. I knew Amazon carried such a product because I had searched for it before I bought the truck. Anyway, the Verizon assistant said he was sure that I would not find a Qi case locally in any stores such as Best Buy or Wal-Mart so I didn't waste my gas or time going to any of those stores. That evening I logged into Amazon and started searching Iphone 6 Wireless charging adapters and cases. After spending considerable time reading reviews for various methods and brands of Qi + PMA devices, I ruled out trying to buy an adapter to use with my Otterbox case. (Which bothered me because I love the protection and the clip provided). Of all of the product reviews that I read, the BEZALEL Latitude case seemed to have the highest ratings and greatest success working with GMC Denali vehicles. In their description, they recommended not using the adapter but rather the Latitude case for use in GMC vehicles and GM cars. The price for the Latitude was more then the case offered by my dealership but I liked the appearance in the pictures on Amazon better, plus, I liked the idea that you could use a hard wire charging cable to charge the iPhone 6 without removing the case! The one offered by my GMC dealership required you to remove the case, which we all know, most cases are not designed to be removed on a daily basis. I was concerned about the nub at the end of the Latitude that has to be unplugged to connect a lightning charging cable. Many past reviews showed that the nub, that's connected to a filament, would break when unplugging it for a cable connection. Reading more reviews on that subject, I found that Bezalel had corrected that issue. I've had my Latitude for a week now and I remove the nub every night for charging via my IPhone cable. I carefully unplug the nub and have not had any issue with it at all. I love the fact that the case is a matte black molded type rubber style case that seems like it would afford some protection in a drop. I love even more that the case fits the IPhone 6 very well and that it does hook up immediately when placed in the wireless tray of the console of my GMC Denali Sierra P/U!!! After all, as a consumer, that was the most significant reason in buying a QI & PMA case. The quality of the Latitude meets and even exceeds my expectations. The test will be how long it holds up considering the cost factor. The only thing I miss is my pant/belt clip.There is something that I want to mention. Others have mentioned this in their reviews also. BEZALEL makes note of this as well in their product information. When placing the Latitude in the GMC Denali Sierra wireless charging tray, the top of the IPhone must be facing rearward towards the backseat. I have included some photos to help illustrate such positioning. I place the nub right over the GMC wireless charging strip. You know when you have the IPhone in the correct position because the lightning bolt symbol will appear near the top on your infotainment screen. Note, my photos. Also, don't make the mistake I did, when I first tried out my new Latitude in the charging tray. (I didn't have the key turned to start). You must have your ignition either in the accessory or start positions to charge wirelessly!!!That pretty much concludes my BEZALEL Latitude Qi & PMA Dual Mode Wireless Charging Case review. I have no issues with their case. I can't speak for other GM and non GM vehicles but I'd assume that the Latitude would perform remarkably well with those models also.I highly respect, appreciate, and recommend the Latitude case for its described qualities. My IPhone 6 works perfectly well in my GMC Denali Sierra.

This item is made with material that is not strong enough for cell phone cases. My case has been in use exactly two months and it is cracked in two places and has small chunks broken off of it in three places. This phone has had normal use daily, it has not been subjected to any forceful pressure nor has it ever been dropped or sat upon. The charger seems to work as advertised with no issues.I decided to update my review on this item, my review was read by the Bezalel people and they made contact with me and offered to replace the broken case and include a charging pad for my trouble. Within 3 days I received a replacement case and charging pad at no charge. So far the replacement case has worked perfectly, time will tell on the durability. The customer service was excellent ..............

Just to be transparent, I had written a previous review on this product and decided to give it another shot. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado and the vehicle is equipped with wireless charging capabilities. When I went to Chevy's website, it listed this as a compatible device to work with my iPhone 6/6s. I currently have to carry a work iPhone plus a personal iPhone and I wanted to have different charging options when both phones would need to be topped off. I put this item on my wishlist and my wife surprised me for my birthday a few months back. The first case came and I put it on my phone and tried to test it out in the vehicle. Unfortunately I could not get the charging to start and without finding much information in the owners manual I took it off and sent it back.I recently received a new case plus a wireless charging pad to use in the home (Thank You , BTW). I tried the case once more in the car and took some time to research online to troubleshoot. Naturally, when you set your phone down on the armrest in the truck, you have the "Home" button closest to your chest instead of turning it around. Well, when you have you phone facing the normal direction on the built in pad on the truck, it will not work. Therefore, I turned the phone around and it finally started working.To be clear, I'm not sure if it's a design flaw from Chevy or the case. From what I can gather, the actually wireless receiver part on the case is roughly 2"x2" (just under 1/2 the overall length of the case. I'm assuming the "Transmitter" part that it built in to the arm rest is the same size and not center in the depression on the armrest. Instead, it it towards the front. I hope this makes sense, but anyways. Regardless, I've got it figured out and it's working.As for the manufacturers wireless dock, it works quite simply. It lights up letting you know it is charging and dims after a few seconds to giv you positive feedback that it's working. If you get the case, and like me, intended to use it primarily in the car, it only makes sense to add a home wireless base.Accessing the buttons on the side of the case are a little difficult based on the cutouts aren't very big, so you have fumble a little more. The mute switch on top left would be hard to operate if you had plump fingers with no fingernails. I wish the case had a raised bezel to protect the screen more, but I have a tempered glass protector to help put. Because it is a slim case, the phone feels more "compact" when compared to other cases, so it feels comfortable in your pocket.Overall it's a neat device and I'll update it after I get more use out of it.

Bought this product after I purchased a vehicle with a wireless charging pad built in to it. Was a little awkward getting it placed property to charge at first but once I got used to where it needed to go all was well. After about 10 weeks of use and very little abuse (in terms of drops) the product no longer works at all. I'm disappointed but if I'm being honest, when I first received it and saw the plug design I figured it was a matter of time before the plug would fail. Great Idea, wish Apple had the function embedded in to the product, but in the end, unless I just happened to get a dud, this really isn't a viable option.Update 6/30- Seller contacted me after my review to discuss my concerns and offer me a replacement to try again. I accepted the offer but expressed my concerns about the product design and long tern viability. As of yesterday 6/30 I have a replacement case and will be trying the product again using it in the same manner I had the first time to see if possibly the original was just a dud. Will update in a few weeks how it does. Also- I did update my rating to 3 stars solely based on the exceptional customer service received- product may not have performed as hoped but the seller's CS skills exceeded my expectations.Update 8/10- Seller has continued to exhibit exceptional customer service- received replacement about 4 weeks ago that to this point has worked flawlessly. Will continue to update and improve rating as product performance dictates.

I have now thrown this case away. I bought the Bezalel case and charger. The iPhone got so hot that I feared a fire. I disconnected the charger, thinking it was the problem, and bought a new case - different company. The phone still got pretty warm when I charged it on the new deck. Then I got a new case - different company - and found that it did not get hot (not even warm) when charging. After about a month of emails, this company offered me a refund if I would change my review - no thanks.

This works as promised. My phone charges in the Silverado without being plugged in. However, you still need a cable if you have the Car Connect app in your truck. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have bothered with this. Also, I didn't realize how persnikety the pad is. If it's not EXACTLY in the right spot, the phone doesn't charge. If you accelerate fast and it moves, it doesn't charge. If you stop suddenly, the phone goes flying across the cab. Lastly, I used to have a little pocket on my phone case to hold my driver's license and a couple of dollars. When I tried to attach that to this, it couldn't charge anymore.I'm giving it a 4-out-of-5 because I believe it does exactly what it claims to do. But the entire package isn't worth getting, imo.

I contacted the company after I received the first one that did not work in my car, a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Their customer service was good about sending a replacement along with return information. The disappointment was when the second one didn’t work either. The case alone will activate the changing signal on the car, but when the phone,iPhone 6, is lugged it the changer will not work. I purchased another one from Amazon for @ 19.00 and it works very good. Consequently it is not the changer another was definitely a problem with the case.

I bought this because my new car has a non-corded charger built into the center divider. It words very well, but it is sometimes a bit awkward trying to find the "sweet spot" on the charger, which often takes a few seconds. I don't know if this is due to the car charger or to the new case. But it's very nice to be able to charge the phone without searching for the Apple charger and then plugging that up to the phone and then the car. I also bought 2 wireless chargers, one for my nightstand and one for my desk at work. Very convenient.

Bought this to replace a previous wireless charging case that broke after only a couple of months. I've had this one for a few months now and it is very high quality and works perfectly. I was worried that I wouldn't like the nub on the bottom, but I wanted a wireless charge case that I could use a lightening cable with when I'm traveling. The nub is there to allow you to disconnect the case from the lightening charger input slot without taking the case off. After only a few minutes of use it was clear that the nub was no issue at all. Hardly notice it's there. Overall, this case is one of the highest quality case I've ever used (that's saying a lot since I live next the Otter Box HQ and am a huge fan of their cases). It's got a slightly rounded edges and a very nice textured (not to slick or too tacky). Slides easily into my pocket and is not too bulky. 5 stars.

It took me a while to get this to work in my Equinox. It does work but the charging spots are hard to align. The position that finally worked has the phone in the pad a little crooked and not quite all the way in. The company could not have been nicer. They returned my e-mail inquiries quickly offering to allow me to return the case for a refund or trying to help me get it to work. Bottom line I'm keeping the case and getting better each time in finding the alignment. I'm giving the company 5 stars but the case only gets 3 because of having to slide it around so much to get it to work. Of course that could be Chevy's fault also.

Loved the case and worked like a charm the moment I put it on the charging pad. I've had the product about a month and the plug in connector is already broke. The case is great if you're NOT a traveler like me who each week is on a plane and in rental cars that do not have charging pads, or a hotel room and need to charge with a cable.Need to find another case with a stronger connector.

First case was cracked within a week. Bezal Service was great and sent me a new case and they asked if I would revise my rating. I did since I thought all was fixed, but the second case also cracked within another week. There are hairline cracks in the corners plus a big one. They had also said they would send me the new design case when it comes out at the same time they were sending the second case. Well I received the third case and it cracked within a week or two as well. What a waste of money. My last Spigen iPhone case lasted three years. My daughter is still using it. So This one is not worth the money.

Bought thIs product to be able to use wireless charging pad in my new Yukon. Bottom piece broke off within 2 weeks, leaving metal piece stuck in my phone. Had to use tweezers to remove. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase.******Update: Just hours after leaving above negative review, a customer service rep contacted me. She apologized for the defective item and offered to send me a free replacement and still issue a refund for the original purchase price. Good to know that someone is actually listening to our issues and complaints.I hope the original item was just a defective item. I will re-update when I receive the replacement case. Thanks Amazon!

Was initially very pleased. Case fit well and perfect in my vehicle. However, after only having use this case for one week it is literally falling apart. It has not been dropped or misused in anyway, but all four corners are now cracked and the mute switch slot is broken. Very disappointed.** Update: Excellent customer service. Upon contact by the company the defective item was replaced. I have had no issue with the replacement unit. It works perfectly in my vehicle (was purchased for its use in GMC vehicle with wireless charging)!
