I have gotten this item in a regular store and loved it so I wanted a large bottle. When I received the bottle the activator top was stuck and I had to pry it open. It still worked fine but when it came to the top coat it was also essentially glued shut. When I was finally able to open it, it was completely dried out and unusable. I emailed the customer service to complain and never heard back. I am very disappointed with it and the fact that I never heard back from them to remedy the situation is even more disappointing. I would have loved to have given a good review if they had responded or replaced the defective top coat.

Thought it would last longer on my nails than other products. Seems they are all the same

I originally saw NailBoo advertised on Facebook. I had previously tried other products from Amazon, which resulted In quick (sometimes the same day) chipping. This product when used with the nail builder, activator, and top coat, lasts for weeks with no chipping. Very easy to use and no curing light needed to set. I use in conjunction with the modelones gel polish and curing light set (to cure the polish, not the nailboo) also found on Amazon.

So excited to find Nailboo on Amazon! I previously tried it during the pandemic when the salons were closed and loved it. Now I can get additional colors and extra liquids much faster when using Amazon Prime.There was definitely a learning curve for me, so scan that QR code on the instructions to watch tutorial videos and find all kind of tips and ideas. It helps! This is where I learned that if your color comes out a bit too light for your taste, you can just add another layer of base and dip into the powder. They also show you how to clean the liquid bottle rims to prevent them from sticking.The Starter kit comes with everything you need (and extra brushes!!) but I’d buy extra Essential Liquids and powders, so you can get more applications.

I had a great experience using the base and activator. However, when I started using the topcoat, after applying it to only 3 nails, the brush began to clump. I continued to use it and it got even worse, leaving my nails uneven and bumpy. Apart from the clumpy brush, this set was easy and fast to use.
