Perfect for Me
There seem to be a lot of conflicting reviews for this foot stool. All I can do is offer my point of view. I've been using this for a few months now as before that I was pushing my left foot into a tiptoe position to raise the height of my guitar while sat. I realised this was causing leg pain so I bought this stool instead. I'm 5'10 and about 72kg (if that helps anyone) and I've had no problems with this stool bending/breaking/buckling etc. Obviously I'm not putting my full weight on it, just the weight of one leg with a guitar (a Gibson ES-335 is probably my heaviest). The lowest setting is just perfect for me (it's the first height I tried so I never went any higher), so I suppose I can see how someone shorter might think the lowest height of the stool is still too high for them. It's cheap, it does the job, it folds down really nice and flat so storage isn't a problem. Two thumbs up from me!UPDATE - 30th November 2024It's still a great little foot stool. It lives by my desk and I can always easily hook my foot under it and move it to where it's needed and then start playing. My only gripe would be that one of the rubber feet occasionally comes off if I drag it across the floor, but that's not a deal breaker. It's the best guitar accessory I own.

Reasonable Footstool !!!
Its not the strongest of swivel joints. The drilled holes which house the swivel fixings leave about 2mm of steel around the swivel joint. If the the actual stand, steel was wider it would be much stronger. It kept on bending under my foot, resting weight,I'm 15 stone. It snapped in the end.Sorry, just being honest.Overall review is there's plenty of settings for you to adjust to the right height,it's really comfortable to use and it doesn't wobble at all. It's actually quite wide so it's really sturdy. The colour is awesome and the hard plastic mat is fitted perfectly.Top quality made footstool, but, not strong enough for me.Highly recommended by me for any accoustic or classical guitarists that hasn't got a heavy foot, haha !!!!Thanks !!!!

It's a miniature ironing board!
What can you say? Well, It's a foot stool. And Funnily enough, you put your foot on it. It's adjustable (Height not angle). It works. It's six quid. Seems sturdy enough. Not entirely square so it rocks a bit on a flat surface like cheap flat-pack furniture.... But then It's six quid. Also the grooves on the bottom of the stool where the adjustment bar sits are a bit uneven and poorly finished. But then have I mentioned that It's only six quid? That's less than a packet of ciggy's! And if I smoked I'd surely appreciate that comparison a whole lot more!Wife's expression was a picture when I told her that my foot-stool had arrived through the post and I showed her what appeared to be a miniature ironing board! She was less than impressed. Obviously expecting something that wouldnt look out of place in an 18th century painting depicting someone sat milking a cow....Anyhoo it does what it's designed to do although I'd recommend wearing a minimum of slippers when using it.I like it!

Comfortable to use
Bought this for my husband and it was delivered very quickly. So far, he's very happy with it as it goes to the needed height with no difficulty, it's sturdy yet light enough to carry around and seems to be doing the job!Recommended, especially for the price!

Great footstool.
Very light and portable. Easy to adjust and sturdy enough for regular use. Folds down flat and thin enough to fit in the front pocket of my guitar bag (can't fully close the zip though as it's about 1/2 an inch too long for that). I take it with me to both my lessons and guitar circle. Not had any issues with the plastic foot grip coming off the top like some others, but looks like they've improved upon the design since then as mine isn't glued on it has been pinned on.All in all very pleased for what you get for your money.

It has been used for a month and is broken.
After using it for a month, it broke down. When I first received it, I felt that the product was very good and had a lot of weight, but I didn't expect the link to be so fragile. I don't recommend it.
